Return/Exchange Policy

Regular priced items can be returned if unused and in original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping (if applicable) is at the buyers expense. Refunds are less the original shipping charges and subject to a 12% restocking fee.

All discounted/sale  items are final sale. No returns or exchanges available.

Online Purchase Errors and Credit Card Fees* Any item approved for refund, regardless of how soon after purchase, will be assessed the Bank Fee immediately charged to Brown's – Visa/MC 4%,Shop Pay 4%, Amex 6%. This bank fee is charged by the bank upon use of the card and is not refunded to either Brown's or the purchaser. This fee applies to any webstore or instore credit card purchase. Cash, Debit and E-Transfer do not have associated fees assessed at refund. 

 

Online only items are final sale. No returns or exchanges available.

Bicycles are final sale. No returns or exchanges available once the item has been taken out of the store.

Safety items, such as helmets, are final sale. No returns or exchanges available.

All electronic items, such as smart trainers, power pedals, navigation devices, watches are not returnable.

Warranties for electronic items are processed through the respective supplier.

Any custom or special order products are final sale. No returns or exchanges available.

All 'Parts Bin' items are final sale. No returns or exchanges available.

Pricing Policy

In the event an identical product ( ie. size, colour, model ) has a price reduction within 7  days of purchasing, a store gift card for the price difference can be processed upon request. Pricing for most items are arbitrarily set by most suppliers MAP Policies and we are obliged to  adhere to those policies, in regards to pricing and duration.

Gift card is valid for 90 days from date of issue.

Order Cancellations

Cancelled order are subject to a $24 processing fee unless the value of the order exceeds $500, in which case the processing fee is 6.9% of the order value.

Orders cannot be cancelled once in transit.

Any custom or special orders cannot be cancelled.

Abandoned Orders

Orders placed for pick up that are not picked up within 90 days are considered to be abandoned, over the duration of the 90 days we will email you to complete the order processing.

If an arrangement to fulfill the order has not been completed , the item(s) will be returned to inventory and a store gift card will be issued in the amount of the purchase price, the gift card will be valid for 180 days of issuance.
